If we apply this concept to Human body -? the dynamic input every moment is breath -> we take vital oxygen every moment into the system. So the intake process of oxygen called breathing is a vital function. If this is right, one can control anything in the body. There are various breathing patterns to create the required effect in the body. Pranayama is nothing but breathing pattern to enable proper pranic flow in the body. Its wonderful isn't it -> to control everything by breath. This is the research iam upto nowadays. The glories and miracle of breathing properly.
Breath and food control is the foundation of Yoga. Breath and food intake is vital for cell combustion. Cell as a fundamental block - its important they are supplied with good energy. Hence even though we may eat good food, do we know the techniques of right breathing. This is where art of living comes - art of living established by learning the art of breathing and eating.
